Begin with a consult with one of our clinical consultants. Together we determine the most suitable treatment for your needs and you’ll finalise payment for your personalised program.

You’ll receive a link to complete your comprehensive blood test via iMedical.
Once paid, you’ll receive both a referral form and paid invoice.

Choose the closest iMedical partner pathology clinic and complete your blood test while fasted.

Your results will be sent to you by iMedical in staggered format over 2-5 business days. Once your complete blood panel is received, our clinical team begins the review process.

Our Specialist Doctors and Biochemist review your pathology results within 48-96 hours and develop your treatment plan. You’ll then be booked in for a consultation to discuss your results, strategy and have your questions answered.

Within 24 hours of your consultation (Mon–Fri), prescriptions are issued and sent to our partnered pharmacy. They’ll contact you directly for medication payment and delivery. Once your medication arrives, you’ll connect with your personal and assigned Treatment Manager for a protocol consultation covering correct use, dosing and safety.
