We collect information directly from you through website enquiries, online forms, the Hydralyfe Patient Portal, telehealth consultations, telephone conversations, SMS and email communications, patient onboarding forms and pathology submissions.

We may also receive information from prescribing doctors, pathology providers, pharmacies, healthcare practitioners and previous healthcare providers, with consent where required.

We collect, use and hold your information to assess eligibility for healthcare services; facilitate doctor consultations; coordinate pathology testing, prescription management and pharmacy fulfilment; maintain patient records; provide ongoing clinical administration; respond to enquiries; process payments; and meet legal, regulatory and professional obligations.

If required information is not provided, we may be unable to safely provide services.

Bio Regeneration Clinic utilises the Hydralyfe Patient Portal to securely manage patient onboarding, health records, communications, clinical information and healthcare administration.

By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be stored, processed and managed through the Hydralyfe platform and associated secure healthcare systems. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and healthcare providers involved in your care.

We may disclose your information where reasonably necessary for your healthcare management, including to prescribing doctors, pharmacies, pathology providers, healthcare practitioners involved in your care, secure software providers, payment processors, professional advisers and government authorities, regulators or law enforcement where required by law. Information is disclosed only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose.

You consent to receiving communications from Bio Regeneration Clinic via email, SMS, telephone and Hydralyfe Patient Portal notifications.

These communications may relate to appointments, pathology requests, consultation reminders, administrative matters, prescription coordination, medication fulfilment updates and patient support services.

Many of our services are delivered via telehealth. Telehealth consultations may involve the transmission of personal and health information electronically. Consultations are not routinely recorded and will only be recorded with your explicit consent where appropriate.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal and health information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unauthorised disclosure and modification. Information is stored using secure healthcare software systems and authorised service providers.
