1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Bio Regeneration Clinic's services.
By engaging with our services, submitting an onboarding form, making payment, booking appointments or receiving healthcare services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of Services
Bio Regeneration Clinic provides healthcare administration, patient support, telehealth coordination and access to healthcare services delivered by independent registered medical practitioners.
Clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatment recommendations and prescribing decisions are made solely by the treating doctor.
Bio Regeneration Clinic does not guarantee any particular treatment, medication, prescription, outcome or clinical recommendation.
3. Eligibility
You confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are located within Australia when receiving services;
• Information provided is accurate and complete;
• You will notify us of any relevant changes to your medical history.
4. Lifetime Access Membership
Patients may be offered access to Bio Regeneration Clinic through payment of a one-time onboarding fee.
Lifetime Access means ongoing access to Bio Regeneration Clinic's patient support services, administrative services and clinical coordination for as long as Bio Regeneration Clinic remains open and operational.
Lifetime Access does not include:
• Doctor consultation fees;
• Blood testing costs;
• Medication costs;
• Pharmacy fees;
• Pathology fees;
• Third-party healthcare services.
Lifetime Access is conditional upon the patient maintaining continuity of care and complying with these Terms.
5. Continuity of Care Requirements
To maintain active patient status and Lifetime Access eligibility, patients are generally required to:
• Complete blood testing as requested;
• Attend doctor consultations as required;
• Maintain continuity of care;
• Avoid treatment gaps exceeding 12 weeks unless otherwise approved by the treating doctor.
Patients who have a break in care exceeding 12 weeks may be required to complete a new onboarding process and pay a new onboarding fee before services recommence.
6. Clinical Assessment and Prescribing
All treatment pathways are subject to:
• Medical history review;
• Pathology review;
• Doctor consultation;
• Clinical suitability assessment.
Patients acknowledge that:
• Prescriptions are not guaranteed;
• Medications are not guaranteed;
• Treatment recommendations are not guaranteed;
• Doctors may decline treatment where clinically inappropriate.
All prescribing decisions remain solely at the discretion of the treating doctor.
7. Fees and Costs
Fees are disclosed before purchase.
Current fees include:
• Clinic Onboarding Fee;
• Doctor Consultation Fees;
• Blood Testing Costs;
• Medication Costs;
• Other healthcare services where applicable.
Fees may change from time to time.
8. Doctor Consultations
Doctor consultations are generally required every 8 to 12 weeks depending on the patient's treatment plan and clinical requirements.
Patients acknowledge that failure to attend required consultations may result in delays, suspension of services or inability to obtain prescriptions.
9. Blood Testing
Patients may be required to complete pathology testing before:
• Initial review;
• Prescription issuance;
• Repeat prescriptions;
• Ongoing treatment monitoring.
Failure to provide requested pathology may result in treatment delays, suspension or discontinuation.
10. Medication Supply
Where medication is prescribed:
• Medication costs are separate from onboarding and consultation fees;
• Medication is supplied by independent pharmacies;
• Availability may vary;
• Supply times may vary.
Off-the-shelf medications are generally dispensed following payment.
Compounded medications may require manufacturing time and may take up to 14 business days or longer depending on pharmacy requirements.
11. Pharmacy Services
Medication dispensing is performed by independent pharmacies.
Bio Regeneration Clinic is not responsible for:
• Pharmacy stock shortages;
• Delivery delays;
• Courier delays;
• Manufacturing delays;
• Pharmacy pricing decisions.
12. Telehealth Services
Patients acknowledge the limitations of telehealth, including the absence of physical examination.
Patients consent to receiving services through telehealth where appropriate.
13. Communication Consent
Patients consent to receiving communications via:
• Telephone;
• SMS;
• Email;
• Hydralyfe Patient Portal;
• Other electronic communication systems used by the clinic.
14. Refund Policy
Bio Regeneration Clinic complies with Australian Consumer Law.
The onboarding fee relates to patient onboarding, administrative setup, file creation, support services and clinical coordination.
Once onboarding services have commenced, fees may become partially or fully non-refundable depending on services already provided.
Doctor consultation fees are generally non-refundable once consultations have been booked, completed or clinical review has commenced.
Medication costs are generally non-refundable once medication has been ordered, dispensed or compounded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Patients agree to first contact Bio Regeneration Clinic regarding any payment dispute.
Where payments have been processed through third-party providers, disputes may also be subject to those providers' processes and requirements.
16. Suspension and Termination
Bio Regeneration Clinic may suspend or terminate services where:
• Information provided is inaccurate;
• A patient becomes abusive or threatening;
• A patient fails to comply with clinical requirements;
• Treatment is deemed clinically inappropriate;
• Fees remain unpaid.
17. Medical Disclaimer
Individual outcomes vary.
No guarantee is made regarding:
• Clinical outcomes;
• Weight loss;
• Hormone optimisation results;
• Medication eligibility;
• Treatment suitability.
Services do not replace emergency medical care.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bio Regeneration Clinic's liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the relevant service giving rise to the claim.

20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
21. Amendments
Bio Regeneration Clinic may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will always be published on our website.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
