3. Telehealth Services
You acknowledge the limitations of telehealth consultations, including no physical examination and confirm you are located in Australia.
4. Eligibility
You confirm you are over 18 years of age and provide accurate and complete information.
5. Patient Responsibilities
You must provide complete information, disclose all relevant medical details and follow medical advice.
6. Program Structure
Fees relate to ongoing clinical oversight, program management and support, not solely individual consultations.
7. Fees and Payment
Fees are disclosed prior to purchase and processed via secure providers such as Stripe.
8. Payment Disputes
Any disputes or chargebacks must be handled exclusively through the payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by Australian Consumer Law.
Completed services are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are processed within 45 business days.
10. Communication Consent
You consent to being contacted via SMS, phone and email for service related communication.
11. Prior Treatment Contact
You may be contacted where your details were provided in connection with prior treatment.
You may opt out at any time.
12. Medical Disclaimer
Results vary and are not guaranteed.
Services do not replace emergency medical care.
13. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the total fees paid.
